For thirty-six years I have been learning what doesnt work. I have searched for freedom in philosophy, performance, success, pleasure, and self-improvement. Every path promised progress; every one ended in confusion. Only repentance brought clarity. This site is not about techniques, motivation, or psychology. It is about becoming useful again — not to the world, but to God. A man without a clear conscience is divided within himself; he cannot pray, cannot work honestly, cannot love rightly. A man who keeps his conscience clean, even in small things, becomes simple and stable. He sees truth for what it is and no longer needs constant stimulation or approval. I was baptized in the Orthodox Church as an infant, but for most of my life I lived as if God were far away. I followed everything modern man calls freedom — self-expression, lust, ambition, entertainment, and the endless promise of transformation. What I found was emptiness, anxiety, and deceit. Then, slowly, I began to understand: Christ did not come to make us impressive, but to heal our corruption and restore our likeness to God. Salvation is not a concept or a mental shift — it is the cleansing of the heart through repentance, obedience, and grace. If this blog serves any purpose, it is to show that even a wasted life can become useful again when it returns to the truth. I am not writing as a teacher, but as someone who has already tested most of the worlds illusions and found them false. Nothing beats a clear conscience. Everything begins from there.
