Therapy, Mindset, and the Illusion of Control
Lessons from Delusion

Modern psychology promises inner peace without repentance. It teaches people to reframe thoughts, replace beliefs, and heal trauma through technique. But sin is not a psychological malfunction; it is a wound in the soul that only grace can close.
Therapy may offer temporary relief — like cleaning the surface of a deep wound while leaving infection inside. It can teach self-awareness, but not purification. It can explain behavior, but not transform the heart.
Mindset culture teaches self-reliance in a world that is disintegrating. It trains the will to function in slavery rather than seek freedom. The positive mindset cannot survive the realities of death, guilt, and corruption. Only repentance — the turning of the whole being toward God — faces these truths honestly.
When man accepts that he cannot control everything, peace begins. Surrender is not despair but wisdom. It is the realization that strength does not come from mastering the mind, but from humbling the heart.
