A Quiet Walk in the Forest

Personal Notes

October 16, 2025

Silence is not emptiness; it is a medium where the conscience speaks. Walking through the forest, hearing only wind and footsteps, I notice how restless my thoughts are. In the absence of distraction, the heart becomes audible. The forest teaches order without words. Each tree stands where it belongs. Nothing hurries. Nothing performs. Everything simply exists in obedience to its nature. Man alone resists this harmony — until he learns again to listen. Such walks are not escapes from responsibility but returns to sanity. The senses clear, pride cools, and gratitude returns. Every sound, every breath of air, becomes a reminder that life itself is a gift sustained by mercy.
